We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have three days to determine if the product arrived to you undamaged and works properly. We will immediately give you your money back for defective items.

DAMAGES & FUNCTIONALITY ISSUES

Please inspect your order within 72 hours upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or is the wrong item, contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, customized items, or reconsidered purchases you received in proper working order.

RETURNS
​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Fill out our Contact form and we'll provide you with an email address to start your return.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a shipping address as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
​
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your original payment will be credited back within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your approved refund, please contact us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

As above, your item must be in the same working condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt/proof of purchase.
